Smartika Data maintains a historical archive of publicly available product listing information from online stores, including product assortment, listed prices, discount reference prices and stock availability at the variant level.
We record what was publicly visible on a given date. We do not provide, and do not claim to provide, a complete or authoritative record of any merchant's catalogue, pricing or inventory.
All information is collected from publicly accessible endpoints that require no authentication, no account and no circumvention of any technical protection measure.
Our collection agent identifies itself in every request as:

We respect robots.txt, we limit requests to no more than once per week per store, and we honour exclusion requests without question. Store operators may request removal at any time by writing to abuse@smartikadata.com. Removal is applied within 48 hours.
The data is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
Specifically, and without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:
Product identifiers may change without notice on the source platform. A change in an internal identifier may cause a product's history to appear as a termination and a new listing. We record what we observe and we disclose the method. We do not reconcile identity retroactively unless explicitly stated in a dataset's accompanying documentation.
Nothing provided by Smartika Data constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or commercial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or product.
Any use of this data for investment, trading or valuation purposes is entirely at the user's own risk. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence, for validating the data against their own sources, and for any decision taken in reliance on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartikaGlobal OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the data, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the data shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to SmartikaGlobal OÜ in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Estonian or European Union law.
Subject to a valid subscription or dataset licence, users may use the data for internal business analysis, research and decision making.

The database is protected by the sui generis database right under Directive 96/9/EC. SmartikaGlobal OÜ is the maker of the database.
Product names, brand names and trademarks referenced in the data belong to their respective owners. Reference to them is descriptive and factual and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.
